Changing the plan within the Shopify app, this allowed customers to switch between free/pro/max plans.

Orders list

Shopify orders
Zenshop had extensive integration with Shopify allowing customer order details to be fully synced to the Helpdesk apps.

Templates

Fast actions for templates
Text input was a big challenge because it involved a "smart input" allowing users to use / and @ commands to load templated replies or mention team members.

Mobile and Destkop UX

Wikid has both a Mobile and Desktop app, I made the two interfaces very similar but special attention given to mobile with the navigation and gestures.

Pictures

Pictures are a big aspect to social media apps so I tried to make them fun to use with gestures.

macOS highligher

This was early work on a screenshot capture tool for macOS I'm developing, it shows how the UX works highlighting windows present on the desktop.
